新员工 法律规定 to complete their I-9 Form Section 2 verification 面对面 在第一天或之前. If the employee does not complete this, they will not be able to start work until this verification has been completed. This is separate from the I-9 Section 1 form which was completed through HireRight.

MyDU is the internal portal for all faculty, staff, and student personal information and resources. Login to http://my.hataselektrik.com/dashboard 使用你的名字.lastname@du.Edu用户名和密码. If you need assistance logging in to the portal for the first time, 请联系 IT Support at 303-871-4700 or email IT@hataselektrik.com. 

Once you have logged in to MyDU, complete these employee action items:

• Sign up for Expense Reimbursement Direct Deposit (different from Payroll direct deposit).

• Sign up for electronic delivery of your W-2
• Register for critical incident notifications and provide emergency contact information

Communicate with your supervisor about required trainings and equipment needed for your role at DU. You will access these trainings in the MyDU portal under the Talent@DU section. Here are some examples of required trainings:
